Return & Exchange Policy

At Novah, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

Eligibility:

Returns/exchanges are accepted for unopened, unused, and hygienically sealed products within 3 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

Share clear images of the product along with your proof of purchase via our contact number.

Return Process:

Send the product back to our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after inspection.

Exchange Process:

Our rider delivers the replacement product while collecting the original. Delivery charges of Rs. 250 apply for exchanges.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are credited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank accounts within 2–3 days of receiving the product.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product is in stock and meets the above criteria.
  • Novah reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges for opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene concerns.
